The twistlock lining retention system allows the quick and simple installation of layered fibre linings. The pins are welded to the inner skin of the chamber and the lining is then impaled on these pins. Speedfix washers are available to assist in retaining intermediate layers prior to the final layer being anchored with a twistlock washer.

Twist Lock Fixings | Twist lock system for attaching linings to furnaces. The pins are welded to the skin and fibre blanket impaled upon them. To assist in retaining individual layers, the cheap carbon steel Speedfix washers are used. The final layer is then retained using a high temperature twistlock. Self drilling screws are for attaching modules.
