Universal Burners
The Saflame range of Universal burners is suitable for a wide range of applications. With bodies available in both mild and stainless steel combined with high grade nickel alloy combustion chambers, the Universal burner provides unparalleled cost and performance. Applications range from the low contamination requirements of white ware, through to the high thermal input needs of a heat treatment furnace. Models are available for both LPG and natural gas and in a range of discharge velocities. we also provide spares.

All thermal input are nominal and given under stoichmetric conditions. For applications requiring differing air/fuel ratios, a de-rating factor would need to be applied. All burners are supplied WITHOUT gas train and controls |

| In addition to the standard length, all burners are available in custom lengths. The dimensions table at the end of this section shows what variations are available. If your application has just a thin wall or you need to reach through a tunnel kiln roof, we have the burner to suit. Just remember when you come to order spares, you need to tell us what size your burner is. A standard probe won’t reach the end of a 2 meter long special! | |||||
