Package Burners
Package burners are ideal for applications only requiring one or two burners. Completely self contained, they only require a single phase electrical connection and a gas supply. Applications these burners are commonly used in range from low temperature drying and curing through to small, high temperature kilns and furnaces.
Combustion air is supplied by an integrated fan and a fully automatic flame failure system, the FA8, is fitted. This controls the startup and ignition sequence and ensures the gas supply is shut down in the event of a flame failure.
These basic versions operate with fixed air flow settings but we offer versions with fully modulating gas and ratio control systems, especially useful in boiler applications where appreciable energy savings can be achieved. For any application, contact or sales team for advice on the best solution.

| Notes on burner selection All thermal input are nominal and given under stoichmetric conditions. For applications requiring differing air/fuel ratios, a de-rating factor would need to be applied. The combustion air fans fitted to these burners are only intended to provide enough pressure to overcome the pressure drops within the unit. Applications where the burner is required to fire into a pressurised duct will cause the amount of air available to be reduced. This will reduce the total energy input available. Conversely firing into a duct at less than ambient pressure would increase the air available. Always check with our sales department before ordering to ensure suitability. No temperature control system is included. |
